Your role
Position Summary
As our Founder’s Associate Intern, you will be the right hand of our founder. Expect a broad and dynamic mix of responsibilities, likely split into 1/3 sales, 1/3 product, and 1/3 operational and administrative work.This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of an early-stage, ambitious startup and leave a lasting impact on its future trajectory.

You will report directly to our CEO & Founder Katja and collaborate closely with our Chief of Staff Luisa as well as our tech team of three software and machine learning engineers.

Your Objectives
Your tasks and responsibilities include
  • Sales Enablement: Develop compelling sales materials in German language (incl. product presentations, demo videos, and ROI calculators) that clearly communicate the value of the tool and drive user acquisition
  • Sales Outreach: Identify leads, conduct outreach, and nurture early customer relationships in German language to support growth
  • Product Design: Map current user workflows and design workflow mockups to uncover and communicate opportunities for product improvements
  • Product Testing: Systematically test our tool to identify usability issues and bugs, delivering actionable feedback to the tech team to ensure a smooth user experience
  • Investor Relations: Prepare financial investor reports and craft visually engaging board slides that highlight key metrics, product updates, and strategic progress
  • Strategic Sparring: Act as a thought partner on strategic questions (e.g. product direction, customer acquisition, people) and contribute to shaping the company’s direction
  • Operations & Admin: Own day-to-day operations (e.g. accounting, office supplies, organizing team offsites) to keep our business running smoothing
